This workshop covers the use of MEME web services, with emphasis on transcription factor binding site analysis. It covers motif discovery, motif enrichment analysis and discovery of cofactors or binding partners. The emphasis is on using the available MEME web services to best advantage, with pointers to how to use the tools on the command line for those so inclined. The material covered is an update of the similar workshop run in 2012, bringing material up to date with changes to the MEME web services over the past year. Participants are encouraged to bring examples for discussion.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of transcription factors and DNA.
Basic understanding of using a web browser.
